The Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering has organized the inaugural association activities – SEEGEN for the academic year 2017-18 on 23.09.2017. Chief guest Er.A.Rajkumar, Sr. Design Engineer, Alstom Transportation Bangalore has delivered the address and explained the importance of association, role of Electrical Engineers. In his speech, he enlightened the minds of the young hearts by delivering the speech based on the electrical engineer’s role in the worldwide and in the research field in the emerging world. The guest has highlighted the importance of electrical engineers for the society, industry and for the nation as a whole. He explained about the current scenario of job opportunities and the role of Electrical Engineers in the society, opportunities available in the electrical field and the way of developing electrical techniques in the future. In this inaugural association activities 118 students from second, third and final year EEE has participated.
