Skill development Training “Soft Skills Training”

A Soft Skills enhancement training session was organized by the Training & Placement cell and Spark our Resources, Coimbatore, at our Muthayammal College of Engineering for first-year students. The session which spanned three days, aimed to assist students in transitioning from school to college life. The primary objective was to boost their confidence in adapting to a new environment and promote personal growth through a range of activities. This immersive experience sought to expand their knowledge and perception of their peers and faculties with a more effective approach.
