English Elocution competition was conducted on 3rd March 2020. The title of the competition was” The Empowered Women is powerful beyond measure”. The competition was conducted at SMART classroom at Muthayammal College of Engineering campus. More than 50 students were participated in the event. Most of the students spoke about the life history of successful Women in India and abroad and they highlighted their journey of life struggle to attain the target. So it was a motivational to other students.
Dr.D.Maheswari, Professor, Department of Physics, and Dr.C.Suganthi, Associate professor, Department of Computer Science handled the event and acted as judge. In this regard, the best two speeches of the students were selected and awarded.
