Guest Lecture on “Estimation and Quantity Surveying”

A guest lecture was arranged for our third year students in order to enhance their knowledge about the “Estimation and Quantity Surveying” on 04.10.2019 with Er.T.Sarathivelan, S.V constructions, Chennai, as resource person. He delivered a lecture on Load bearing and framed structures,Calculation of quantities of brick work, RCC, PCC, Estimate of joineries for panelled and glazed doors, Water supply pipe line, Estimate of retaining walls, Depreciation ,Water supply and sanitary installations etc., This lecture also covered the fact and remedial measure about the execution projects during estimation. Students from final year participated in this lecture.
