Inauguration of Association Activities for the academic year 2017- 2018 held on 6th October 2017. Prof. Sheila Daniel, Associate professor of English, Government Arts College, Salem, was the chief guest of the day’s function. 170 students  participated in this programme. In her special address, she emphasized that the students should update their technical skills with good communication skills so as to get themselves recruited in corporate companies. She reiterated that the students should not only learn to speak in grammatical English but also to be well versed with rich vocabularies. She further advised the students to update their verbal skills as much as it should suit the companies’ expectations.
