Two Days National Level Technical Workshop on “Embedded Product Development”

A Technical Workshop on Embedded Product Development was conducted on 2nd and 3rd November 2023 by the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering. The workshop was organized with the objective of integrating hardware components with software to create a comprehensive product. Mr. Parthiban Manickam, Additional Director – Caliber Embedded Technologies India Pvt Ltd, served as the resource person for the hands-on session. A total of 53 participants actively attended the entire session.

Embedded systems play a crucial role in the functionality of intelligent devices, and they are present in various commercial products. The Workshop Module aimed to provide participants with a solid understanding of the fundamental concepts, technical aspects of products, and software principles, while also emphasizing hardware implementation using Microcontroller. By the end of the workshop, participants would have gained extensive knowledge of hardware implementation and developed critical thinking skills applicable to real-time products.
